Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 23, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our companion platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PI Arcade Compass (the "Platform"), a community companion tool hosted by Pentaverse India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.

2. Platform Purpose & Services

PI Arcade Compass is an independent, community-driven learning management and analytics companion designed for participants of the Google Cloud Arcade and Facilitator programs. The Platform provides:

  • Automated parsing and analysis of public Google Cloud Skills Boost profiles.
  • Calculations of estimated Arcade points and milestone completions based on published program criteria.
  • AI-powered strategic recommendations and learning roadmaps.
  • Cohort analytics and community leaderboards for learning groups.

3. Program Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation

IMPORTANT: PI Arcade Compass is an independent utility created by Google Cloud community leaders. This Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Cloud, Alphabet Inc., or Qwiklabs. All Google trademarks, service marks, and company names are the sole property of Google LLC.

All official Google Cloud Arcade guidelines, points weights, milestone thresholds, and swag rewards are determined solely by Google and are subject to change without notice. PI Arcade Compass does not issue official points, guarantee swag redemptions, or control Qwiklabs platform operations.

4. User Responsibilities & Account Integrity

To use our analysis tools, you must provide a valid, public Google Cloud Skills Boost profile URL. You agree to:

  • Only submit profile URLs that you have the legal right to access or analyze.
  • Abide by all official Google Cloud Skills Boost and Qwiklabs terms, including the strict restriction of 15 completed labs per 24 hours and prohibitions against automated scripting or VM abuse.
  • Not attempt to exploit, bypass, scrape, or flood the PI Arcade Compass API or server infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

PI Arcade Compass and all associated analytics, strategic recommendations, and tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall the Platform developers, Pentaverse India, or its community contributors be held liable for any damages, losses, or account restrictions—including but not limited to the suspension or blocking of your Google Cloud Skills Boost account, daily lab completion lockouts, or delivery failures of official Google swag—arising out of your use or inability to use this Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The layout, custom code, graphics, interactive widgets, and overall brand identity of PI Arcade Compass are the intellectual property of Pentaverse India and the platform developers. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any portion of this Platform without prior written authorization.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect updates to the Google Cloud Arcade guidelines, server requirements, or community standards. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
